It would all depend on what the medications were, how they interact with each other and then how they would interact with Chlorine Dioxide. I typically talk with the prescribing doctor and then remove all non-essential meds before using ClO2. Depending on the health issues, I may decide not to use it at all. A member of my family is hypertensive and requires controlling their blood pressure and cholesterol levels via medications.
